Yo, Mama, they'll treat you right!
MISS NEESIE and the EAR FOOD ORCHESTRA

Miss Neesie Beal MISS NEESIE BEAL
aka "The Small Axe"

What's in a name?
A name is like a rose, by any other name,
is still misspelled. Just ask Neesie.
Vocals, frottoir (washboard),
various percussion instruments.
Day job: instructress of young, fresh minds.
Click here to find out what Miss Neesie
did on her 1999 winter vacation.

JIM BEAL JR.
aka "Rockeem"
aka "Senor Crusty"

Rockeem
Bass, vocals, barking.
Rumored to leave cryptic messages
on the Third Coast Music Bulletin Board.
Of her Mister, Miss Neesie proudly sez:
"The women call him Baby
and the rebels call him El Capitan."

Day job: music critic at the
San Antonio Express-News.

RONNIE BIEDEGER
aka "Rockin' Ronnie"

Rockin' Ronnie Biedeger
Keyboards, vocals and
German air compressor (accordion).
Architecturally speaking, he's very kind
to Animals and a solid citizen.

ALLEN ELSASSER
aka "The Professor"
The Professor
Amazing lead guitar.
Watch this guy, he really cooks!
The Prof has played with Ear Food
since the tender age of 19.
It's all he knows.
Makes ya wanna cry, don't it?

OLLIE MORRIS

aka "The Animal"
Ollie "The Animal" Morris

Drummer and vocalist Ollie and his lovely wife, The Yuppie from Hell, have reputedly penned more songs about chickens, iguanas and the pathos of clinically depressed gorillas than all other scribes in South Texas.

Zounds!  There are new band members.  (Sort of.)

Mike "The Family Dog" Davis
MIKE DAVIS
"The Family Dog"
Blues Harp and Trombone
There's all sorts of things we could
say about Mikey.  But we won't.

CRAIG ENGLEMAN
"Super Cracker"
saxophone, vocals
Craig Engleman, anonymously.
There's nary a dry eye in the house when
young Engleman sings a heartbreaking
tale, in French and in English, about
the unrequited love of a Cajun fellow
with an empty trailer,
a screw in his head and lonely
nights filled with Hungryman dinners.
