IT'S ABOUT THE MISSION
The Directors are charged with the responsibility of keeping the Society running, both short term and long term. Obligations are to be met. Scholarships are to be awarded, blues music shown to students. Tasks and productions are to be completed. Bills are to be paid.  It is up to the Directors to nominate and elect the Officers. The Officers will run the daily operations of the Society. The Directors decide on goals for the Society for the upcoming years.

THE TEAM OF OFFICERS TO GET IT DONE
The Officers volunteer their skills and time and are assigned their positions by the Board with the goal of advancing the Society for another term. While each office has a specific role in the day-to-day operations, the Officers partipcate in our events and assist each other with their tasks. The team effort has a strong impact on getting us across the finish line at the end of the term. And if it's a real tight, well-run operation, we go way past that finish line.
